Thurs FN-265 is alkylphenol-free nonionic wetting agent and emulsifier, designed to replace the traditionally used alkyl phenol ethoxylates, in the paint industry. It may be classified as a non-VOC compound and is environmentally safe. It possesses amphiphilic structure, which offers consistent paint quality, emulsifying properties, good pigment wetting and avoids flocculation.It reduces required amount of defoamer. The recommended use level of Thurs FN-265 is 0.1-0.6% in coatings. It has a shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacture.
